The service cost covers the design and setup of your store. Hosting is not included as part of our service. After the 3-day Shopify trial period expires, you will need to pay to activate your Shopify store in order to continue hosting your store.

Please note that we source products from various suppliers that are available at the time of delivery. Once your store is delivered, we are not responsible for the stock or inventory of any respective product or supplier as it can be subject to change or removal at any time.

Support & Guidance includes providing answers and guidance to any questions you may have about dropshipping, marketing, and managing your store. However, if the member does not have an active Shopify subscription after 3 days, standard support will no longer be provided.

Please note that our support does not include customization of themes, layouts or marketing materials after the store has been accepted. Our themes can easily be customized or changed, and our services are considered final once they have been rendered. We reserve the right to terminate services for individuals who do not respect the company and its employees, without prior notice.

Shopify's payment gateway policies prohibit the sale of certain items and substances. instantdrop.store does not take responsibility for or provide payment gateway/setup for unapproved products. It is the store owner's responsibility to obtain approval for their own payment gateway.

After receiving your order, we will confirm your purchase within 24 hours. Our team will then commence work on your store. Please note that we will provide an estimated delivery time, however this is only an approximation and does not guarantee timely delivery.
